The issue is coming from the WooCommerce plugin’s core as you can see here in their github page, https://github.com/woothemes/woocommerce/issues/1529. Fortunately, there is a “commit” or a “change” to its core file which fixes this error temporarily which you can see here, https://github.com/woothemes/woocommerce/commit/3c8b5fd40e3d8020174e205e5ed72f535fd95b52 as they will eventually include it in future WooCommerce updates.
Now, to apply this fix, you should open “woocommerce-hooks.php” file located in “wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/” folder and search for this line of code:
add_action( 'woocommerce_before_shop_loop', 'woocommerce_show_messages', 10 );
And then, remove this code above it:
add_filter( 'loop_end', 'woocommerce_reset_loop' );
