Currently, the theme uses jQuery code to have the selective navigation menu when viewed on smaller devices. Open “script.js” file located inside “js/” folder and find this block of code:

/* -------------- Navigation Menu to Drop-down Menu on Mobile Browsers --------------*/

        // Create the dropdown base
        $("<select />").appendTo("nav#access");

        // Create default option "Go to..."
        $("<option />", {
           "selected": "selected",
           "value"   : "",
           "text"    : "Go to..."
        }).appendTo("nav#access select");

        // Populate dropdown with menu items
        $("nav a").each(function() {
         var el = $(this);
         $("<option />", {
             "value"   : el.attr("href"),
             "text"    : el.text()
         }).appendTo("nav#access select");

        $("nav#access select").change(function() {
          window.location = $(this).find("option:selected").val();

You can remove the above code from “script.js” so that the selective menu won’t appear. But also, you have to open “style.css” file and search for two (2) instances of this line of code:

#branding nav ul { display: none; }

And replace it with this one:

#branding nav ul { display: block; }

The navigation menu is set using CSS codes which you can find all inside “style.css” file.
